Dizzy and Fay are a song-writing duo who want to share their heart-forward music. Dizzy's passionate piano and Fay's romantic voice are the perfect pairing. Based in Toronto and Fenwick, these two songsmiths produced their debut album, "Songbook" in 2021.

Dizzy is Mark Lalama, a Canadian singer/songwriter/pianist/producer who began performing professionally at the age of 12, and has, since, performed extensively across Canada, the U.S. and internationally.

Fay is Amanda Walther, a Juno-nominated singer/songwriter/composer, who has spent most of her career as half of the folk-roots duo, Dala.

How did they become Dizzy and Fay? They met "on some stage, on some tour, somewhere in Ontario". They started jamming on backstage pianos between sound checks and performances. Mark recalls: "from the time I heard her sing this music, I was completely sold. She lives in every note, every word, every breath." Amanda felt a similar connection: "Mark's not just playing the piano, he's telling a story." Or as Jill Barber said: "Dizzy and Fay's skillfully crafted songs sound like timeless classics; their combined musicianship and vocal delivery are delightfully refreshing and pleasing to the ear."
